The new 2010 draft rating list is now available and appeals against the current 2005 rateable value can only be submitted until 31st March 2010.

We work on a no win, no fee basis.

Probate Valuations

A probate valuation may be required for revenue purposes on a property after the owner has passed away.

The valuation will normally reflect the market value of the property at the date of death.
